Materials That I Use

I seem to most often use the muted earth tones found in natural materials (As I choose for my clothes too!) and some light pastel shades for color. I love to use the natural contours of the materials themselves and sometimes a pattern might evolve from the curve of a feather, from the natural taper of buck-tail or from the angle of the splayed hackle barbs. Due to limitations of some materials or qualities thereof, it is hard to tie the exact same pattern more than a few times.
